In other words, a KUVERA piece is priced so that most of its value is held in the gold you keep, with only a small portion going toward the cost of making and running the business. 

Since we price our jewelry items based on the weight of the gold it contains, we update our pricing daily to match the market value of gold.

Is this actually real 24k gold, or is it plated?

Yes, every KUVERA piece is solid gold in the purity you select—24k (99.9%), 22k (91.67%), 18k (75%), or 14k (58.3%). There's no plating, no hollow construction, and no filler metals. What you see is what you get: pure, solid gold through and through.

How do I know I'm getting genuine gold and not something mixed with other metals?

Every piece is hallmarked for purity and comes with a certificate of authenticity that confirms genuine gold content and exact gram weight. You're welcome to have it independently tested—many customers do, and they're never disappointed.

I've heard 24k gold is too soft to wear daily—won't this bend or scratch easily?

This is one of the biggest myths in Western jewelry. 24k gold has been worn daily for centuries in Asian and Middle Eastern cultures. The key is design: all our pieces are crafted with sufficient thickness and weight to maintain their shape during everyday wear. Why do your prices change? I saw a different price yesterday.

Our prices are tied to real-time gold market rates. When gold prices move, our prices move with them—up or down. This ensures you're always paying fair market value for the gold in your piece, not an arbitrary retail markup that never changes.

What exactly am I paying for—how much goes toward the actual gold vs. your markup?

We break it down transparently on every product page. Approximately 70% of your purchase goes directly toward the pure gold content. The remaining ~30% (our KUVERA fee) covers craftsmanship, design, shipping, insurance, and operational costs. No hidden charges—just transparent pricing.

Can I really sell this back to you later if I need to?

Yes. We offer a buyback program for KUVERA jewelry. You can sell your piece back to us at any time at the current metal value, minus a 10% buyback fee. If you'd prefer to exchange your piece for another KUVERA design, there's no buyback fee—you'll receive 100% of the gold value as store credit.

How long does it take to get my order? I need it by a specific date.

Because all our pieces are handcrafted to order, production typically takes 1-2 weeks (some complex designs may take up to 4 weeks during high-demand periods). Once shipped, free U.S. shipping via USPS Priority delivers within 2-4 business days. You can also select 2-Day or Overnight shipping at checkout. What if the ring doesn't fit? Can I exchange it for a different size?
