I purchased 2 of these rings in 22k, and the Kuvera team honored my special instructions and communicated with me every step of the way. In fact, there was a shipping error (UPS's fault), and the Kuvera team went above and beyond and answered each of my emails promptly and with great care and sincerity. Based on the quality of the service alone, I would repurchase from Kuvera; however, the product itself is truly something special. The gold has a rich glow and hue, and the rings were crafted quickly. And although I haven't worn the rings yet, I look forward to seeing how they withstand daily wear. The quality is excellent and I really love the feel and look of it! It is a heavy thick piece as expected but it works well with my hand size and you know when your wearing it. I intend to have it tested this week but have no reason to doubt the authenticity. A true gem and totally satisfied. Communication and customer service was excellent throughout the process. Overall a great ring. It's very hefty and attractive. What troubles me is that I had to oay for a size 11 and was told they could accommodate a 10 3/4 with the same weight paid for, being 18.34 grams. My certificate states 18.17grams, currently a $40 difference. I was never refunded the difference, even when asked. No company will sell an undersized ring without recouping the cost for upsizing. However, Kuvera is okay shorting rhe customer when gold is at all-time highs! Miney is money!
Having looked over the selection, I chose the 18k 8mm hammered ring. From the beginning their customer service was top-notch. I needed a 1/4" increment size and all it took was an email. I paid for a size 11 and it was noted in my order. I was guaranteed to get the weight I paid for with the smaller size. Although the difference was negligible (Kuvera @ 18.34 vs my ring @ 18.17) the ring is stunning! I've never had such a hefty ring. I could see a 24k ring holding up quite well with the build to this ring. All in all, I'd recommend Kuvera Jewelers any day!
