My wife lost her Wedding Ring in an Über car. It was not found. All history this Ring encapsulated was lost. Great customer service! Communication was also very good. Only thing I didn’t love was the backings on the earrings. My wife also commented that it seemed weird to have plastic backs on 24k earrings.
